Crystal Golden is a seasoned professional with 14 years of experience in government administration, disaster response and recovery programs. Crystal has successfully led many projects from inception to completion, demonstrating a strong commitment to meticulous planning, resource management, and achieving project objectives.

Crystal has developed a deep understanding of federal programmatic requirements, along with an appreciation of the complexity and nuance of federal programs. She has developed great skill in grant formulation, grant management, grant closeout, documentation management, quality assurance, and overall project coordination and management.

She has actively contributed to major incidents, including Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Ike, Laura, Delta, and Ida, among others. She has provided strategic guidance to subgrantees, project formulation, compliance reviews, and communication facilitation between the many stakeholders of federal grant programs. Ms. Golden is passionate about providing high quality, ethical service to the clients we serve, resulting in maximum reimbursement and compliance with federal, state and local requirements.

In past roles at Louisiana GOHSEP and private organizations, Crystal has provided exceptional grant program advisory services for dozens of organizations including school districts, nonprofits, state government offices, religious organizations, municipalities and counties/parishes.

Crystal’s subject matter expertise includes the areas of procurement guidance, grant formulation and management, cost reasonableness and analysis.
